Centene Corporation is seeking a Lead Project Manager to plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex healthcare platform implementations across enterprise-scale programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications to deliver defined requirements and strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of project management experience in healthcare, strong leadership, and a PMP (preferred).

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience with departmental projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects; supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare/managed care experience is preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Manage full project life cycle: requirements, plans, schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: meeting minutes, issues, risks, action items.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Negotiate resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and quality standards.
