Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field (Required)
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in process improvement and program management (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and self-directed to consistently ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Work seamlessly within diverse teams, bringing together professionals from various disciplines to provide patient-centered care and achieve collective goals.
• Comprehensive, in-depth or broad knowledge of Labor Measurement and Process Improvement
