Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine seeks a Sr. Program Manager for Customer Strategy & Operations to guide customer strategy and operational execution across the JHHC Solutions portfolio.

You will translate customer priorities and population health insights into coordinated account plans, scalable workflows, and measurable growth outcomes. You will lead assigned employer relationships while providing portfolio-level leadership for engagement, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Senior-level experience in health care-related business, consulting, or program development.
• 7+ years in healthcare customer engagement, customer success, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and operations planning across the portfolio.
• Serve as strategic lead for employer accounts including executive relationship management and renewals.
• Develop account strategies aligning customer priorities with health outcomes and goals.
• Mentor account management activities to ensure consistent engagement and service delivery.
• Oversee portfolio-wide operations, reporting, and service delivery quality.
