• Collaborate with teams to set par levels and refill points using reports and data.
• Extract and interpret data to monitor KPIs and adjust workflows in real time.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Lead direct reports and provide constructive feedback to improve productivity and service levels.
