Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Master’s degree preferred (Business, Health Administration or related field).
  • At least two years of work experience in supply chain or healthcare field.
  • MBA/ MPH/ MHA with at least one year of related experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Assess end-to-end supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop scope and sequential steps to implement improvements.
  • Create cost-benefit analyses and KPIs to measure impact.
  • Use Microsoft Project, JIRA and Smartsheet to plan and track initiatives.
  • Perform data analyses using Excel or Tableau dashboards.
  • Engage cross-functional teams to define timelines and actions.
