Intuitive Surgical, Inc. is seeking a Key Accounts Technical Solution Consultant to drive technical engagement, deployment, and long-term integration of our digital solutions across IDNs and strategic key accounts.

You will partner with Key Account Directors as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise IT, ensuring strategic alignment and a scalable implementation framework that advances digital adoption across Intuitive platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, enterprise IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare.
• Experience with enterprise account management or direct collaboration with strategic sales.
• Proven track record with large healthcare systems and IDNs at a corporate level.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS, networking, healthcare data security, and PACS/EMR interfaces.
• Strong ability to influence without authority.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Key Account Engagement: Partner with Key Accounts team to engage IDNs and IT stakeholders.
• Enterprise-Level Implementation Leadership: Lead technical integrations for the digital portfolio across multi-site health systems.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Define communication strategies and governance across executive and technical stakeholders.
• Navigate the Corporate Technology Adoption Journey: Engage with governance processes; deliver technical presentations to accelerate approvals.
• Performance Accountability: Develop implementation toolkits for repeatable deployment.
• Shape Digital Product Feedback: Relay field learnings to Product/Engineering for roadmap input.
• Metrics, Reporting & Documentation: Track progress and report outcomes to partners.
• Develop and Support Key Opinion Leaders: Interface with IT leadership to build partnerships.
