Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. We are seeking a Key Accounts Technical Solution Consultant to drive successful technical engagements with IDNs and enterprise IT, deploying Intuitive’s digital solutions across multi-site health systems.

You will partner with Key Account Directors to ensure strategic alignment, design scalable implementations, and present data flow and network topologies to executives to accelerate adoption and value

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in medical technology implementation or digital transformation in healthcare.
Experience with enterprise accounts or strategic sales collaboration.
Proven track record with large healthcare systems and IDNs.
Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS, networking, and data security.
Strong communication and influence at executive levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with Key Accounts team to engage IDNs and IT stakeholders.
Lead strategic planning and delivery of technical integrations across health systems.
Define governance, communication, and engagement strategies.
Deliver technical presentations on vision, data flows, and network topology.
Develop repeatable deployment frameworks and track adoption metrics.
