Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in medical technology implementation, enterprise IT consulting, or digital transformation within healthcare.
• Experience with enterprise account management or direct collaboration with strategic sales.
• Proven track record working with large healthcare systems and IDNs at a corporate level.
• Deep understanding of cloud-hosted SaaS platforms, networking infrastructure, healthcare data security, and PACS/EMR interfaces.
• Highly effective communicator with a demonstrated ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Key Account Engagement: Partner with Key Accounts team to engage IDNs and enterprise IT stakeholders.
• Enterprise-Level Implementation Leadership: Lead planning and delivery of technical integrations across multi-site health systems.
• Stakeholder Alignment & Governance: Define communication strategies and governance structures for executive and technical stakeholders.
• Navigate the Corporate Technology Adoption Journey: Engage IT governance processes and deliver compelling technical presentations.
• Performance Accountability: Create toolkits for repeatable deployment of Intuitive products across enterprises and sites.
• Shape Digital Product Feedback: Relay field learnings to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.
