Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. We are seeking a Key Accounts Technical Solution Consultant to drive technical engagement, deployment, and long-term integration of our digital solutions across IDNs and major accounts.

You will partner with the Key Accounts team and serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise IT, aligning strategies and ensuring scalable implementations across the portfolio.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in medical technology implementation or enterprise IT consulting.
• Experience with large healthcare systems and IDNs.
• Strong communication and influence without authority.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and PACS/EMR interfaces.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic key account engagements with IDNs and enterprise IT stakeholders.
• Oversee multi-site implementation of digital portfolio across health systems.
• Define governance and communication strategies across executives and technical teams.
• Develop scalable implementation toolkits for repeatable deployments.
• Capture field feedback to influence product and roadmap.
• Document progress and metrics for adoption.
