Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for self-funded new business clients, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

You will lead planning and execution of multiple projects, manage risks and budgets, deliver progress reports, and coach junior colleagues in modern project management practices.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross-functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.
