CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively identify and address critical implementation issues, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.

Under general direction, you will lead planning and execution, develop project plans and milestones, manage risks, and deliver progress reports.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing healthcare product implementations and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and execution of key organizational projects with timelines and budget.
• Develop project plans, milestones and deliverables; assign team members.
• Identify and mitigate project risks; report progress and issues.
• Coach junior colleagues in project management techniques.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders to address implementation issues.
