HonorHealth is seeking a Project Manager III for its Construction Planning, Design & Construction group in Scottsdale, AZ. You will lead senior-level, complex healthcare capital projects, including major acute care construction, renovations, and system-wide initiatives, while mentoring junior PMs and coordinating with executive and clinical leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field, 8 years in healthcare PM, and CHPM

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Masters preferred.
8 years of healthcare project management experience required.

Mansioni

Provides senior-level leadership for large, complex healthcare design and construction capital projects.
Oversees program-level planning, alignment, and execution across multiple related projects.
Leads organization’s most complex healthcare capital projects incl. major acute care construction, renovations, and expansions.
Mentors Project Managers I and II.
Prepares executive-level presentations, reports, and decision-support materials.
Oversees program-level financial performance, including forecasting, cash flow planning, and risk exposure.
