Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the repair, replacement, and renovation of owned and leased facilities at Shea Medical Center, Scottsdale. You may supervise project leads and serve as the main contact for vendors, architects, engineers, and inspectors, coordinating with hospital departments to prepare scopes, estimates, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4 years' work related experience is required.
• 3 years of related project management experience required.
• 5 years of construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Organize project functions and personnel to ensure effective and efficient project development.
• Develop master schedules to determine project priorities based on staffing, equipment, and supply needs.
• Estimate project costs and develop the schedule of values and change orders as required.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants and ensure compliance with building/healthcare codes.
• Develop purchase orders and support the Supply Chain team in sourcing vendors and best prices.
• Develop progress schedules and monitor sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Verify pay requests and compile monthly cost accounting reports for Finance.
• Communicate with senior leadership on areas affected during construction (HVAC, medical gas, electrical, plumbing).
• Ensure all approvals are obtained and as-built drawings completed on project close.
