Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Project Manager I for Design & Construction to independently manage small to mid-size healthcare capital projects, primarily ambulatory and clinic-focused. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of healthcare PM experience, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with regulations; Procore experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and codes.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Medicare, and Medicaid compliance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver healthcare capital projects from planning through closeout, focusing on ambulatory clinics and minor renovations.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets according to organizational standards.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with FGI requirements, infection prevention plans, ILSM, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement activities, consultant agreements, and contractor coordination under established thresholds.
• Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change management, and cost controls.
• Provide routine project reporting and status updates to stakeholders.
• Escalate risks and regulatory issues to senior project leadership as appropriate.
• Maintain complete project documentation within Procore or equivalent systems.
