Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Project Manager II to oversee medium- to large-scale healthcare design and construction projects in active facilities. The role requires coordinating with clinical, operational, and facilities stakeholders to ensure scope, budget, and schedule are met while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of healthcare project experience, be proficient with Procore, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading construction or capital projects in healthcare settings.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality across complex projects.
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with DMV & AHJ standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex healthcare design and construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget; coordinate with clinical and facilities teams.
• Provide advanced financial oversight, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ILMS/FGI requirements.
• Develop executive-level project documentation and support prioritization.
