Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Shea Medical Center in Scottsdale to oversee repair, replacement and renovation of facilities. This in-person role requires coordinating with vendors, architects, engineers, and hospital departments to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, supervise project leads and foremen, review pay requests, and ensure compliance with healthcare codes. A PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related project management experience in diverse environments.
• 5 years of construction project management experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Organize project functions and personnel to ensure effective development.
• Develop master schedules and determine project priorities.
• Estimate project costs and prepare budgets and change orders.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants; ensure code compliance.
• Develop purchase orders and support Supply Chain for best pricing.
• Monitor subcontractors and progress; verify pay requests.
• Maintain project logs, inspections, and cost accounting reports.
• Communicate with executives on project status and approvals.
• Ensure as-built drawings are completed and filed upon completion.
