Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field, or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze financial, operational, clinical data.
• Ability to handle large datasets and derive strategic insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as needed by leadership.
• Analyzes variances vs. budget/forecast to identify improvement opportunities.
• Augments financial analyses with operational/clinical insights.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of mix changes.
• Prepares executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
