Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze financial, operational and clinical data.
• Ability to handle large data sets and extract strategic insights.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and cross-organizational collaboration.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership and business trends.
• Analyzes variances versus budget/forecast to identify opportunities.
• Augments financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impacts of mix shifts.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
