Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related experience
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and ability to analyze diverse data including financial results, operations, and clinical metrics
• Ability to handle large data sets and derive strategic insights for business operations
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to partner across the organization
• Self-starter with initiative and the ability to progress on major projects with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results and inform decisions
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by Finance leadership
• Analyze variances against budget, forecast, or prior year to identify improvement opportunities
• Augment financial analyses with operational/clinical data for a holistic view
• Use rate/volume metrics to quantify impact of payer and mix changes
• Create and present executive summaries with findings and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned or requested
