Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ability to analyze data.
• Ability to work with large data sets and illuminate strategic insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organization.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, prior year, or other benchmarks.
• Integrates operational and clinical data to provide contextual insights.
• Quantifies impact of patient mix, procedure mix, and payer mix changes.
• Creates executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
