Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field OR 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to analyze and interpret various data types (financial, operational, clinical, etc.)
• Ability to work with large quantities of detail data and illuminate higher‑level strategic insights
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional partnerships
• Self‑starter who drives progress on major projects with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Conduits detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and/or profitability to explain financial results and improve business understanding.
• Performs ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership or business trends.
• Analyzes variances relative to budget, forecast, prior year to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supplements financial analysis with operational and clinical data for context.
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify shifts in patient mix, procedure mix, payor mix, etc.
• Creates and presents executive summaries with findings and recommendations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
