Allegheny Health Network is seeking a skilled Analyst to support financial, operational, and clinical performance analytics. You will work with hospital and physician stakeholders to explain trends using detailed financial data and mentor junior analysts.

The role requires 3+ years in decision support, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to deliver executive-ready insights while managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field or 6 years of related experience.
• 3 years in decision support and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; able to analyze diverse data sets.
• Ability to handle large data volumes and extract strategic insights.
• Strong multi-project management and time management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who drives progress with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
• Analyze variances to budget/forecast and identify improvement opportunities.
• Combine financial with operational/clinical data for holistic insights.
• Quantify impact of changes in patient, procedure, or payer mix.
• Create and present executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Other duties as assigned.
