Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and able to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to work with large quantities of detailed data and extract high-level strategic insights
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop partnerships
• Self-starter who takes initiative and drives progress on major projects

Responsibilities

• Conducts detailed analysis of volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain financial results
• Conducts ad-hoc analyses on topics requested by leadership
• Analyzes variances vs. budget/forecast to identify improvement opportunities
• Supplements financial analysis with operational/clinical data for holistic context
• Uses rate/volume calculations to quantify impact of changes in patient mix, procedure mix, or payer mix
• Creates and presents executive-level summaries of major analytical projects with findings and recommendations
• Other duties as assigned or requested
