Mentoring junior analysts is part of the responsibilities. You will perform detailed analyses of volume, revenue, and cost, and deliver executive-level summaries of major projects with actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6+ years related experience.
• 3 years in Decision Support and Data Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with large data sets and derive insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyze volume, revenue, cost, and profitability to explain results.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses based on business trends or leadership needs.
• Analyze variances versus budget/forecast and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supplement financial analysis with operational/clinical data for context.
• Quantify impact of payer/volume changes using rate/volume methods.
• Create and present executive summaries with key findings and recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
