Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Business Development professional to join the AAIS Go to Market organization.

You will identify business opportunities, build compelling business cases, and drive adoption of AWS healthcare AI solutions with enterprise customers and partners. You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Sales Specialists, and Product leadership to align technical solutions with customer business needs and accelerate revenue growth in healthcare and life

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership and business-case development.
• 5+ years solving problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in healthcare or life sciences.
• Solid background in healthcare IT, clinical systems, payer, provider, life sciences R&D, or closely related domains.
• Proven success with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for AWS healthcare AI solutions with enterprise customers.
• Support account plans and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to ensure technical solutions align with customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide market insights and feedback for product development.
• Work with Marketing to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and build pipeline.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and metrics to leadership.
• Represent AWS at industry events and customer meetings to promote HCLS AI solutions.
• Travel ~30% of the time to support customer engagements.
