Qualifications

• 2+ years design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• 4+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
• 6+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagement with customers, owning the technical strategy for key accounts and addressing concerns
• Deliver technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to healthcare customers including senior audiences
• Define and execute GTM strategies for healthcare solutions with Sales, Business Development, and Marketing
• Collaborate with Product teams to influence the roadmap based on customer feedback and market trends
• Develop reusable technical assets and mentor other SAs on healthcare domain expertise
• Create customer-facing content such as reference architectures, whitepapers, and implementation guides
• Stay current on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies, translating insights into GTM recommendations
• Travel ~30% to support customer engagements
