Wayne Farms LLC seeks a Complex Health & Safety Manager to oversee health and safety programs for the poultry processing complex, feed mill, and hatchery. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and state/federal regulations, guiding policy interpretation across the site.

Responsibilities include leading safety planning, audits, incident investigations, and continuous improvement of environmental, health and safety systems while mentoring staff and coordinating with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have strong regulatory knowledge and safety program experience.
• Experience leading safety teams and audits.
