Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Experience leading teams and handling timekeeping.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations: HACCP, GMP, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line/department personnel to meet schedules and budgets.
• Deploy and rotate staff to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Complete and file daily departmental reports, attendance and yields.
• Identify opportunities to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure food safety and USDA compliance.
• Coach and mentor employees, provide feedback, and administer performance actions.
• Enforce safety policies and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with other departments to hit location goals.
