Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree with relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience; 3 years in food manufacturing or poultry preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience including timekeeping, policy adherence, conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line/department personnel to meet production schedules and maintain productivity.
• Deploy and rotate personnel to optimize efficiency and ergonomics.
• Ensure daily reporting (attendance, yields, etc.) is completed and recorded.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve throughput and reduce waste.
• Lead process improvements and monitor metrics, addressing unfavorable trends.
