CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager to direct all aspects of customer benefit plan implementation for Self-funded New Business Clients. Under general direction, you will lead planning and execution, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

You will manage multiple projects, identify risks, and deliver milestones within budget, while coaching junior colleagues in project management best practices.

Qualifikationen

• 5 to 7 years of healthcare client-facing experience, including direct management of client relationships, issue resolution, and successful delivery of healthcare products, services, or implementation initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, recommend solutions, and drive issues to resolution within established timelines.
• Proven execution and delivery skills, including prioritizing work, managing competing deadlines, coordinating cross‑functional resources, and achieving established business objectives.

• Lead the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines and budgets.
• Develop project plans, assign team members, define deliverables and milestones.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Prepare and deliver project progress reports highlighting achievements, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coach junior colleagues in current project management techniques, processes and responsibilities.
