ChenMed LLC is seeking a motivated Membership Growth Consultant to generate sales leads and enroll new patients among seniors by developing relationships with community partners and senior-focused organizations. The role involves planning events, presenting ChenMed’s value proposition, and managing referrals to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.

You will work with brokers, plan agents, social workers and community leaders to drive membership growth, while maintaining CRM records and coordinating

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field preferred OR equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience is required.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%.

• Communicate ChenMed value proposition at community events and with seniors
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events (information tables, health fairs, doc talks)
• Build and nurture partnerships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers and senior housing managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners to drive new patient enrollment
• Utilize CRM tools to document interactions and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups
• Schedule meetings with seniors and groups to discuss enrollment opportunities and referrals
• Drive new member growth by educating potential patients about ChenMed’s model and benefits
• Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize engagements with distributors and partners
