Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to build relationships with seniors, community partners, and brokers, generating new patient opportunities and driving enrollment. You will plan and execute local events, nurture referrals, manage CRM data, and present ChenMed’s value proposition at community settings while traveling locally and nationwide up to 75%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience required.
• Experience with Medicare/healthcare or senior-focused programs a plus.
• Ability to develop and nurture senior and partner relationships.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and build direct-to-seniors and partner relationships to generate new patient opportunities.
• Plan and execute local community events to educate seniors about ChenMed’s value proposition.
• Coordinate with plan agents, brokers and providers to drive referrals and enrollment.
• Maintain CRM records and document interactions to manage leads and calendars.
• Travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 75% to meet patients and partners.
