Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to drive patient enrollment by building relationships with seniors, community partners and plan agents. This outside healthcare sales role focuses on generating new opportunities, arranging events, and communicating ChenMed’s value proposition.

You will deliver information tables, health fairs and talks, collaborate with brokers, manage vendors, and document activity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Experience with seniors and Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture, build and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business-to-business partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
• Meets with seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events (info tables, health fairs, doc talks) to reach target seniors.
• Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers and senior housing managers to keep ChenMed as top provider.
• Partner with community officials and senior programs to drive new patient growth.
• Schedule one-on-one meetings with Plan agents, brokers and senior community members to deliver solutions.
