Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to expand senior patient enrollment through direct outreach and community partnerships. You will engage with seniors, families, and local organizations to showcase ChenMed’s value proposition and enroll new patients.

You will plan events, build broker relationships, and manage leads using Salesforce, driving ongoing patient growth and retention. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with seniors or healthcare is a plus.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally and nationwide up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate partnerships with seniors and local businesses to generate patient opportunities year-round.
• Meet with seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan and execute local events (health fairs, talks) to reach Medicare-eligible seniors.
• Build relationships with health plan agents and community partners for referrals.
• Partner with community officials and organizations to drive patient growth.
