Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to expand senior patient enrollment through community-based outreach and partnerships. You’ll engage with seniors, health plan agents, and community partners to educate and enroll patients, while coordinating local events and managing referrals to ChenMed/JenCare Medical Centers.

You will develop relationships, use CRM tools, and generate new opportunities in a fast-growing, patient-centric organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Medicare Advantage experience a plus.
• 2+ years B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Nurture direct-to-seniors and B2B partnerships to generate new patient opportunities year-round.
• Meet with seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan, coordinate and execute local events to reach ideal patients (55+).
• Cultivate relationships with health plan agents, brokers, social workers and senior housing managers.
• Develop initiatives with community partners to drive new patient growth.
• Schedule meetings and manage vendors for events; negotiate venue contracts.
• Ensure invited agents participate for timely patient assignments.
• Maintain CRM data and track leads to optimize engagement.
• Deliver presentations to educate potential patients about ChenMed value proposition.
• Engage new patients beyond first appointment to support retention.
