ChenMed in the United States is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant to expand senior enrollment through community partnerships and targeted events.

The role focuses on generating patient opportunities, educating seniors on ChenMed/JenCare value, and building lasting relationships with brokers, agents, and community partners. Travel and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing or business.
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, especially in B2B and with seniors a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Nurture and cultivate direct-to-seniors and business partnerships to generate patient opportunities.
• Meet with seniors at homes, workplaces, and community venues to share ChenMed value.
• Plan and execute local events to reach Medicare-eligible seniors and networks.
• Develop relationships with health plan agents and senior housing providers.
• Schedule meetings, manage vendors, and coordinate contracts for events.
• Maintain CRM records and generate monthly activity calendars for outreach.
