Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Analytics Senior Consultant / Senior Data Analyst in a role that blends analysis, auditing, and reporting across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision data. You will translate complex datasets into actionable insights, build dashboards, and partner with Analytics, Engineering, Business, and Actuarial teams to deliver scalable solutions.

The position emphasizes collaboration, data quality, and responsible use of AI tools, with a hybrid work model in select locations.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data and claims analysis, including eligibility issues and payments.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools to review and communicate data findings.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, NDCs is a plus.
• Experience automating analytics and reporting tasks using macros or templates.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets across medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision claims.
• Lead and support healthcare claims audits and analytical reviews for errors and anomalies.
• Develop reports and dashboards with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Automate routine analytics tasks to improve efficiency and quality.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs and maintain documentation of methodologies.
