Job summary

Health Analytics Advisory Leader at Aon plc is a senior client advisor shaping how analytics inform executive decisions. You will unify cross-domain data, health economics, and AI-enabled delivery to create scalable client content and solutions.

You will lead engagements across cost, risk, and outcomes analytics for Fortune 500 clients, partner with data, actuarial, clinical teams, and senior stakeholders, and travel 10–20% to meet clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent in Health Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, or Epidemiology.
• Experience advising clients directly on sophisticated analytics decisions for senior stakeholders (C-suite, HR, Finance).
• Ability to travel 10–20% for client engagements and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cross-domain analytics, translating analyses into actionable guidance for HR, Finance, and C-suite audiences.
• Lead client engagements that combine multiple Aon capabilities (Cost Efficiency Measurement, Health Risk Analyzer, data warehousing, Financial Experience Monitoring).
• Develop unified client-facing analytics content that blends expertise across domains.
• Partner with leaders across data platforms, clinical, pharmacy analytics, actuarial and financial analytics, networks, and AI enablement.
• Develop measurement approaches quantifying financial, utilization, engagement, and clinical impact of benefit programs and interventions.
• Create data-driven thought leadership including white papers, trend studies, and regulatory analyses.
• Provide senior technical and methodological reviews to ensure accuracy and readiness for delivery.
• Mentor colleagues and support cross-functional projects.
