Qualifications
- 8+ years in US Health & Benefits consulting with demonstrable value delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics solution development and engineering, including AI-enabled analytics initiatives.
- Collaborate with ABS, architects, and offshore teams to align architecture and standards.
- Design, build, and maintain modeling engines for health and benefits domains.
- Turn actuarial methods into tested, governed code with clear outputs.
- Productionize AI systems and modular capabilities; advance AI-assisted development.
- Own quality and reliability through DevOps, CI/CD, and testing.
- Lead and coach technical teams using agile Scrum methods.
