Job summary

Aon is seeking a Health Analytics Senior Consultant / Senior Data Analyst to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights. The role involves auditing, analytics, and dashboard development, partnering with Analytics, Engineering, Business, and Actuarial teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Candidates will work with medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision claims data, applying AI responsibly and maintaining data quality. Hybrid work is available in designated U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare data across medical, pharmacy, dental or vision claims.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, modifiers, and NDCs.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to automate analytics and reporting tasks for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large healthcare datasets including medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision claims.
• Lead claims audits and analytical reviews to identify errors and trends.
• Develop dashboards and reports using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Automate routine analytics and reporting tasks for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Business, and Actuarial teams to deliver solutions.
• Document data sources, business rules, and methodologies to ensure repeatability.
