Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a hands-on Health Analytics Models and Engineering Leader to drive analytics solutions for US Health Analytics. You will own the design, delivery, and quality of models and AI-enabled systems supporting benefits financial modeling, risk simulations, underwriting models, and network modeling.

You will set technical direction, lead a team, and write production code while collaborating with actuaries, ABS, architects, and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of US Health & Benefits consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of employer benefits financial modeling and health data.
• Experience building analytics applications end-to-end and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics technical solution development and engineering, including AI-enabled analytics.
• Collaborate with ABS, architects, and offshore teams to align architecture and priorities.
• Design, build, and maintain modeling engines for simulations, pricing, and migration modeling.
• Turn actuarial methods into tested, governed code with clear assumptions.
• Design and productionize AI systems and modular capabilities.
• Own quality and reliability with DevOps, CI/CD, and testing.
• Lead and coach technical colleagues in an agile environment.
