Job summary

Paychex is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in Core Sales, HR Services Sales, or Major Market Sales. You will develop new clients and expand the client base to increase profits, leveraging Paychex's Go-to-Market strategy and HCM solutions.

You will engage with mid-size and larger businesses, present Paychex offerings to stakeholders, manage referrals, and travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional sales experience.
• 5 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Experience carrying a sales quota.
• CORE HCM provider experience.
• Experience working with mid-size businesses or larger.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key decision makers.
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources to secure referrals.
• Prospect for new clients using phone, mail, seminars, and events.
• Assess customer needs and route to the appropriate product area.
• Complete new business paperwork, expense and activity reports on schedule.
• Resolve customer problems or complaints quickly.
• Present a positive image of the company to clients and community.
• May travel outside the territory for conferences and training.
