Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo growth in the mid-market and enterprise space. You will present HCM and Payroll solutions to final decision makers, leveraging 5+ years of HRMS/Payroll selling experience and a hunter mindset to exceed quotas in your territory.

UKG offers an award-winning SaaS platform, strong support teams, and a commission-based plan with opportunities for substantial earnings. Base salary is $125,000 per year, plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations.
• Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter).
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry and related solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consistently exceed sales quotas.
• Present HCM products and services to final decision makers in the territory.
• Identify sales opportunities and develop proposals for HCM and Payroll solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of products, capabilities, and industry trends to inform presentations.
• Collaborate with the Application Consultant team to support proposals, RFPs, and demos.
