UKG is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space across Providence, RI. You will present HCM and Payroll solutions to final decision makers, build proposals, and close complex contracts with a focus on new logos.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HCM sales experience, a hunter mindset, and a track record of exceeding quotas. We offer a generous commission structure and a robust support team to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
• Experience as New Logo Hunter in mid-market and enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
