Job summary

UKG in Kentucky is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive net-new logo sales in the mid-market and enterprise space. You will present HRMS/Payroll solutions to final decision makers, develop proposals, and leverage our seasoned support teams to close deals.

Candidates should have 5+ years of proven HCM sales experience, be well-versed in HRMS/Payroll, and prefer territory knowledge in the region. UKG offers a generous commission structure, training resources, and a collaborative culture

Qualifications

5+ years of proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions.
Experience working as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and exceeding quotas.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Consistently exceed sales quotas in the assigned territory.
Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users.
Identify sales opportunities and develop tailored proposals for HRMS/Payroll solutions.
Maintain knowledge of HCM/SaaS industry, competitors, and analyst insights.
Coordinate with Proposal, RFP, and Demo teams to accelerate closing.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology, and capabilities to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of net-new customers in mid-market and enterprise segments.
Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to close contracts quickly.
