Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting tools and automation.
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and leadership to shape strategy.
• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends to drive strategy and events.
• Own pipeline direction and drive results with metrics-based measurement.
