Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior software/hardware recruiting professional to own end‑to‑end talent sourcing for a Mission Systems team. You’ll partner with leaders to translate business needs into hiring plans, build scalable processes, and close exceptional technical candidates across software and hardware domains.

You will engage passive candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain a data‑driven narrative to guide the team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years sourcing for technical roles and engaging top tier talent.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors.
• Experience working with government contractors, DOD/IC, and security clearances.
• Familiar with ATS and HRIS systems; strong screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Source, track and manage high-volume technical candidates with speed and quality.
• Partner with leaders to shape talent strategy and deliver hiring outcomes.
• Scale growth with cross-functional stakeholders and consistent processes.
• Understand product, roadmap, and culture to pitch roles effectively.
• Develop data-driven narratives from pipeline and performance metrics.
• Lead proactive candidate engagement and improve interview-to-offer ratios.
• Act as SME in prospecting tools and process automation for recruitment.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
