Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Technical Recruiter to join the Emerging Talent Recruiting team that supports Hardware and Software. Based in Costa Mesa, CA, you will operate independently as a subject matter expert, shaping hiring needs and executing on our long-term talent strategy.

You will partner with leaders and individual contributors to build Anduril's world-class team, own the candidate pipeline, and drive university recruiting initiatives with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in university recruiting and tech.
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on stakeholder alignment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence on organizational best practices.
• Ability to travel for university recruiting trips and events.

Responsibilities

• Operate autonomously: serve as a trusted talent advisor for complex hiring across Emerging Talent in Hardware.
• Develop and optimize recruiting strategies using prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with emerging talent team, program managers, coordinators, hiring managers, and leadership to shape strategy.
• Leverage knowledge of university recruiting trends and execute campus activities.
• Own and drive pipeline direction with metrics-based measurement, including sourcing outreach and offer/close rates.
• Manage hiring execution for multiple teams, communicating objectives and priorities.
