Job summary

Axon seeks a senior hardware program manager to own the Integrated Master Schedule for drone, ground control, radio, and subsystems, spanning design to mass production. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage contract manufacturers across Asia, and lead governance with phase gates and risk management.

Based onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, you will report to the Director, PMO - Robotics & New Ventures, travel 20-30% internationally, and drive executive-level readiness with evidence-based

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering program management in hardware product development.
• Experience managing contract manufacturers in Asia with on-site oversight.
• Ownership of Integrated Master Schedule and critical path analysis.
• Formal risk management with risk registers, FMEA, and tracking.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into executive decision frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule across drone, GCS, radio, and subsystems from design through mass production.
• Lead governance with phase gates, entry/exit criteria, and evidence packages for leadership.
• Manage end-to-end risk management and schedule confidence using quantitative methods.
• Serve as hardware execution voice to VP/C-level leadership and cross-program reviews.
• Oversee vendor and supply chain relationships across international sites and on-site builds.
• Drive design-for-manufacturing collaboration with EE/ME/FW to ensure manufacturability.
