Axon in Scottsdale, Arizona is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager II to lead the integrated execution of hardware for their robotics platform. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive project schedules, and ensure successful product launches.

This challenging role requires over 10 years of experience in engineering program management and a proven track record in hardware product development. The position is onsite with a small amount of travel required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering program management in hardware product development.
• Track record of owning and delivering complex multi-disciplinary hardware products.
• Direct experience managing contract manufacturers, especially in Asia.

Responsibilities

• Own the Integrated Master Schedule for the hardware portfolio.
• Drive formal change control and manage the risk register.
• Serve as the primary hardware execution voice to VP-level and C-level leadership.
